An Adopt-a-Pet event will be held in Parkland this weekend where several animal rescue groups will be on hand to help you find your new best friend.
Held on Saturday, December 9, rescue groups including Chewy.com, Friends of Greyhounds, Tri-County Animal Rescue, Abandon Pet Rescue, Coastal Boxers and Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue will be on hand from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the City of Parkland Equestrian Center.
The adoption weekend is a continuation of the Coldwell Banker “Homes for Dogs Project,” which the Coldwell Banker brand launched in 2015 in collaboration with Adopt-a-Pet.com, North America’s largest non-profit pet adoption website. In the project’s first year alone, the two organizations helped facilitate more than 20,000 adoptions.
If you can’t adopt, donations for animals will be accepted at the Coldwell Banker Coral Springs office at 5810 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 100 Coral Springs, FL 33076
The Equestrian Center is located at 8350 Ranch Road, Parkland FL 33076
