Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen is turning up the heat this March with two Chef Experience Dinners, offering guests a gourmet journey while supporting a worthy cause.
Proceeds from each dinner benefit Arc Broward’s mission to provide opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other life challenges.
Crazy for Noodles kicks off on Thursday, March 13, at 7 p.m., with a four-course menu celebrating noodle-based dishes worldwide. Guests will enjoy vegetable pho, shrimp pad Thai, miso ramen, and a tropical fruit spring roll with pistachio dipping sauce.
For those craving bold spices, Curious About Curry on Friday, March 28, at 7 p.m., will take diners on a global curry adventure. The menu features Thai red curry chicken, vegan green curry with cassava roti, yellow fish curry, and saffron panna cotta with tropical fruit.
Tickets are $99 for Chef’s Table seating and $89 for communal seating, and gratuity and alcoholic beverages are included.
The Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen, located at 10250 NW 53rd St., Sunrise, offers an intimate dining experience blending mid-century charm with modern elegance. Beyond Chef Experiences, the venue hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings, weddings, and other events.
