A new dining destination is coming to Parkland, and it’s hiring.
Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, the latest concept from P Hospitality, is rounding out its team and seeking a few more employees ahead of its anticipated summer 2025 debut.
Located at the former Déjà Blue space, Dear Olivia aims to bring an upbeat, high-energy atmosphere paired with elevated American comfort food. P Hospitality CEO Eddie Pozzuoli, a Broward local, said the team has long had its eye on the Parkland location and is eager to open a vibrant social space in their hometown.
Backed by a portfolio that includes Prezzo and Corvina Seafood Grill, the group plans to offer quality meals at affordable prices in a modern environment designed to keep locals from traveling east for big-city vibes.
“We want to bring the same flashy concepts from Miami and Fort Lauderdale out west,” said Chief Culture Officer Paul Greenberg. “But with a family-first culture that makes everyone feel welcome.”
