FDOT to Hold Both Virtual and In-Person Loxahatchee Road Improvement Meetings

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) plans to host virtual and in-person public meetings regarding the upcoming mobility improvements along Loxahatchee Road.

The discussions will take place on Wednesday, August 9, with a two-part virtual meeting consisting of a brief presentation from 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., followed by a dedicated session for questions and answers from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

For those attending virtually, questions may be submitted through an online chat platform following the presentation.

For those preferring an in-person interaction, a meeting will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Parkland Library at 6620 University Drive.

Following the meeting, attendees can engage directly with the project team, voice their opinions, and express any concerns about the Loxahatchee Road mobility improvements.

Both meetings aim to allow Parkland residents to learn about the project’s scope of work and construction schedule while also allowing the community to address any concerns or questions they may have.

To ensure attendance at the meetings, interested individuals are required to register beforehand.
