CrossCountry Mortgage has once again been honored by making the top 1 percent of mortgage originators nationwide.
For the 15th consecutive year, CrossCountry Mortgage was named one of the industry’s top producers by Scotsman Guide, the largest mortgage syndicated list of the best originators. According to CrossCountry Mortgage senior vice president and producing branch manager Michal Bander, a Parkland Golf & Country Club resident, the list is based on sales volume and customer service scores.
For Bander, providing top-notch service to his customers is the key to his success. “Doing everything I can to help people,” he said. “You try to understand what they’re looking to accomplish.”
A Lexington, Ky. native, Bander moved to South Florida with his parents 35 years ago. He works mainly remotely now but has two branch locations: one in Delray Beach and the other in the Whispering Woods area in Parkland. Most of his clientele are from West Broward County.
As for current real estate trends, he says there are fewer buyers on the market because of high prices, taxes, and insurance, but “people are doing things.”
As one of the top loan originators in the nation, Bander has served clients from all over the United States and helped thousands of homebuyers finance their real estate purchases.
