Heron Bay residents have an opportunity to hear first-hand from North Springs Improvement District and the developer, Upper Buena Vista Management, in a town forum on Thursday, Oct. 7. at 7:00 p.m.
Developer Upper Buena Vista Management proposed the winning concept called Emporium at a Sept. 15 meeting. This three-part project includes health, design, arts, entertainment, and an education program in a village-like environment surrounded by nature reserves.
According to the hosts, Heron Bay Board of Directors, residents can ask questions or comment on the development.
This event has limited seating capacity at the Plaza Del Lago clubhouse150 homeowners. Masks will be required for all attending this meeting. In-person attendance is for Heron Bay homeowners only.
To attend this meeting in person, Heron Bay homeowners may use the link below to register for a seat using the Eventbrite portal. Guests must print their Eventbrite confirmation and bring it with their Heron Bay ID to be admitted to the meeting. There will be security and BSO officers at this meeting to admit homeowners and assist with traffic.
The meeting will also be live via Zoom. Homeowners attending on Zoom can type their questions and comments in the Q&A or use their device camera and microphone to communicate.
Plaza Del Lago is located at 11535 Osprey Trail inside of Heron Bay.
