The Marjory Stoneman Douglas boys golf team officially wrapped up its season with an appearance in the Regional Championship on Monday at Eagle Trace Golf Club.
Matthew Freedland led the Eagles with a 10th-place finish, shooting a 77. Josh Anderson finished three strokes behind him with an 80 to place 17th, while Brody Aucoin, Jack Finnegan and Spencer Kibel also competed for MSD.
The Eagles previously put together a strong regular season, highlighted by a third-place finish at the Broward County Athletic Association Championship. MSD carried that momentum into the postseason, finishing second as a team at Districts to advance to Regionals.
