The Marjory Stoneman Douglas hockey team had another terrific season, making a run in the postseason.
The Eagles went 11- 7-3 during the regular season, scoring 105 goals. They also had a chance to honor their seniors during a game against North Broward, Prep, a team that went on to win its fourth straight State Championship. In the playoffs, those teams would play again, with MSD losing 8-0 in the State Semifinals against NBP.
MSD’s team this year consisted of Joao Pedro Alves, Bunkner Dazza, Luke Calderon, Brandon Jones, Calvin Medwid, Oleksandor Onyschenko, Michael Rozenblat, Dylan Schettino, Von Seys, Slater Szirovatka, Carter Alonso, Zachary Brill, Bryce Hantman, Luke Mowery, Pavlo Onyschenko, Ryan Trokey, Austin Juneau, and Brandon Trokey.
