Led by Manny Mair, owner of One to One Health and Wellness, the “Learn The Art Of Self Defense” workshop aims to provide participants with beginner-level skills that can help them protect themselves in real-life situations.
The event will kick off at 5:30 p.m. with light snacks and networking, followed by the self-defense class from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Space is limited to the first 30 registrants. Trustees may attend free of charge, general members can register for $10, and non-members may participate for $25.
All attendees are asked to wear comfortable gym attire and closed-toe shoes.
