The Twins had a magical run this year and finished it off by winning the Parkland 12U Little League Championship.
After going 9-1-2 in the regular season, the Twins outscored their opponents 31-12 through their first three rounds before fearing the Braves 14-13 in the final.
Led by manager Jimmy Bombulie, Ty Culver, and Dave Strubinger, the team consists of Ryan Bombulie, Mason Culver, Jackson Curreri, Jacob Frachtman, Joe Guarascio, Frankie Occhiogrosso, Henry Pistorius, Cody Shamel, Ben Steinberg, Holden Strubinger and Landon Warren.
“We had superb pitching and catching all season long, and every single player on the team came up with a clutch hit or defensive play during the playoffs,” said Jimmy Bombulie. “These kids played team baseball all season long and deserved to win a championship.”
