The Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center in Coral Springs has launched a new peer-led support group for adults with loved ones experiencing mental health challenges.
Beginning this July, the NAMI Family Support Group plans to offer attendees the opportunity to be heard and gain valuable insights from the experiences of others facing similar challenges.Â
The sessions, which are free of cost, will also be designed specifically for adult loved ones of individuals with mental health conditions and are led by family members who have firsthand experience dealing with mental health issues within their families.
Meetings are expected to occur on the first Monday of each month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Eagles’ Haven Wellness Center at 5655 Coral Ridge Drive.
