We have continued providing data after our readers have requested it. Since our last update from the Florida Department of Health two days ago, positive tested Covid-19 cases in Parkland were 333. Since then, that number has increased to 335 for a difference of only 2 positive tested cases.

On Aug 3 there were 491,884 positive cases in the State of Florida, and on August 5, there are 502,739 total cases, for an increase of 10,855.

There have been 7,627 total deaths reported deaths in the State. This is 467 more since August 3. In Broward County, there have been 783 deaths, which translates to 1 percent of all Broward County cases.

The average age of a resident to contract COVID-19 in Broward County is 43-years-old. These figures were verified on August 5, 2020.
