The Marjory Stoneman Douglas cheerleading team is set for another bring season and kicked it off at Coral Glades High School, recognizing their seniors.
They honored Ashlee Amritt, Bianca Barrionuevo, Annie Cappola, Isabella Ceballos, Cayley Clemo, Kiera Haley, and Savannah Jean. The Eagles also went on to compete against Coral Glades, Coral Springs Charter, South Broward, Fort Lauderdale, Boyd H. Anderson, and Monarch High School.
MSD is coming off a fantastic season last year, finishing second at the State Championship in the medium non-tumbling division. They also came in fourth at Districts and second at Regionals as they look to improve this year in the postseason starting in January.
