The Marjory Stoneman Douglas flag football team made their second straight appearance in Regionals and picked up a 20-0 win over Ferguson High School on Wednesday.
Audrey Haltiwanger and Sophia Dal Molin each caught touchdown passes from Samantha Calavetta before Savannah Tenore picked off a pass and returned it for a touchdown.
The Eagles improved to 13-1 this season and will play Miami Palmetto Senior High School in the Regional Semifinals. The Panthers are 14-3 this year and rank as the fourth-ranked team in the country. They beat Ferguson High School 19-7 in the District Final before going on to beat Doral Academy in their opening game of Regionals.
