The Marjory Stoneman Douglas football team played two games in four days after its Week 6 matchup was postponed.
The Eagles first faced South Broward High School and fell 39-6 despite a touchdown from Anthony Diaz. Jakari Adderly forced and recovered a fumble, while Max Troy intercepted a pass. MSD returned to action Thursday against Fort Lauderdale High School, with Diaz scoring another touchdown in a 27-7 loss that brought the team to 1-6 this season.
Next, the Eagles will face Forest Hill High School on Thursday, October 15, at 6 p.m. for Senior Night. The Falcons will play J.P. Taravella before this matchup on Friday, October 10, before the MSD closes the season with the Trojans.
