Coming off an exciting Senior Night win, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas football team was back in action against Coral Springs Charter on Thursday night.
The Eagles won 28-6 and scored two quick touchdowns with Anthony Diaz rushing for one and Shane Zoberg picking off a pass and returning it for a touchdown. Landon Johnson went on to add the next two touchdowns to help MSD knock off the Panthers.
The Eagles are now 4-5 after previously defeating Cooper City, Boyd H Anderson, and Coral Springs High School. They will play Coconut Creek High School in their final game of the regular season on Thursday, October 30 at 7 p.m.The Cougars are 7-2 this year and have lost only to Cardinal Gibbons and Atlantic High School. Coconut Creek won 41-7 in the lone meeting a week ago.
