Mayor Rich Walker and the City Commission invite residents to the”State of the City 2024″ event, an evening celebration set to honor the accomplishments of the past year and outline the future ahead for Parkland.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at City Hall located at 6600 N University Dr.
The gathering will include hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity to mingle and discuss the city’s progress.
According to City Spokesperson Todd D’Angelis, this year’s event is particularly significant.
“Residents will be able to interact directly with our Commissioners and learn about the projects we’re moving forward,” said D’Angelis. “As we come out of Strategic Planning last month, this is a time to provide an update to Parkland on Parkland.”
Residents are encouraged to save the date and RSVP here to ensure a spot at this important community event.
