Women in business are invited to skip the clichés this Valentine’s season and celebrate confidence, connection, and candid conversation at Galentine’s After Hours, a special networking and panel event hosted by the EmpowerHER Collaborative in partnership with the Parkland Chamber of Commerce.
Held on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the Cypresshead Community Clubhouse, 7501 S. Cypresshead Drive, beginning at 5:30 p.m. with networking, followed by a Power Panel and Prosecco discussion at 6 p.m.
Designed as a “real talk” event for women in business, the evening will feature an unfiltered conversation about confidence, competence, leadership, and the pressure many women feel to wait until they are “ready” before stepping forward.
The panel includes Barbara Gobbi, owner of BG Marketing; Captain Michele McCardle, Broward Sheriff’s Office, Parkland District; Nicki Riettie, luxury real estate advisor, Coldwell Banker; and Dr. Monique G. Rodriguez, founder of Five Element Wellness Center.
The conversation will be moderated by Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, founder of KKaur MD, and Candice Tulsieram, owner of Starfish Digital Marketing
In addition to the panel discussion, attendees can expect networking opportunities and refreshments. Registration is required, and space is limited. Tickets and additional details are available at parklandchamber.org/events.
