A resident discovered her safe broken open in the backyard around 7 a.m. at her home in Parkland. Jewelry and money totaling approximately $22,000 were missing. There were no signs of forced entry, and the home may have been left unlocked.

April 9, 2025
Deputies responded to a verbal dispute between two adult females. The disagreement was non-physical and related to a recent breakup. No crime occurred.

A juvenile was found alone near Park Trails Elementary School and allowed to use a phone to contact a parent. Law enforcement followed up to confirm the child’s well-being, and no issues were found.
