Residents can enjoy live tribute bands, food trucks, and family-friendly entertainment during Parkland’s annual Eats ‘n’ Beats summer concert series at Pine Trails Park Amphitheater.
The free outdoor events will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the amphitheater at 10561 Trails End and are open to all ages.
The series kicks off on Saturday, July 11, with Captain Mike & The Shipwrecked, a tribute to legendary singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett. A local opening act will be announced.
Food trucks scheduled to attend include Brasserie, Ya Hala, Moes Kicken Chickin Fishin, Mr. Lobster, Frozen Bananas and Captain Mike Food Boat.
The second concert is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 1, featuring Wide Awake, a U2 tribute band. New Revolution will open the evening. Food vendors include The Philly Truck, Moes Kicken Chickin Fishin, DVASH Mediterranean Fusion, SNOASIS SnoBalls and additional vendors.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy an evening of live music, food and community under the stars.
Admission is free.
