The Greater Pap Corps Hosts 7th Annual Golf For A Cure to Benefit Cancer Research

The Greater Broward Chapter of The Pap Corps invites golf lovers out for a day of golf for a good cause.

The 7th Annual Golf For A Cure event will take place on Saturday, November 4, at the County Club of Coral Springs, located at 10800 West Sample Road.

The event promises a day filled with competition on the links for a good cause and a shared commitment to the fight against cancer. All ages and skill levels are invited to participate in the Four-Person Scramble format. 

All funds raised will go towards vital cancer research at the UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Below is a glance at the Golf For A Cure schedule:

  • 7:00 a.m.– 8:00 a.m.: Registration & Continental Breakfast
  • 8:15 a.m.: Shotgun Start
  • 12:45 p.m: Lunch and Awards Banquet

The Pap Corps, Champions for Cancer Research, is one of the largest grassroots fundraising organizations in South Florida, supporting research for all cancer types at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami. The Greater Broward Chapter includes Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, and Tamarac members.

Sponsorship opportunities are available for attendees and organizations interested in joining the organization’s mission to make an impact in the fight against cancer. 

Donation and sponsorship options range from $40 lunch entry, the Eagle Sponsorship at $1,500, which includes a golf foursome and extensive recognition, to various levels of hole sponsorship.
