The Florida Department of Health has released information about cities and counties of residence that have been tested positive for COVID-19 and Parkland has now seen an increase from 22 to 23 cases since April 22

On April 22, there were 27,791 cases in the State of Florida, and today there are 28,843 for an increase of 1,052 cases. There have been 987 reported deaths in the State. Data in this report are provisional and subject to change.

The city is not always received as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated. These figures are from April 23, 2020, at 6 p.m. and these are total cases. Unfortunately, the State does not provide recovery data.
