Parkland mornings are about to get a delicious upgrade with the arrival of Keke’s Breakfast Café, opening soon in the Waterways Shoppes Plaza.
While a grand opening date hasn’t been finalized, Keke’s tells Parkland Talk that its newest location, at 7609 North State Road 7, aims to open its doors sometime in August. According to the company, the Parkland café will be the largest Keke’s location to date.
Known across Florida for its fresh, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch, Keke’s has earned a loyal following thanks to signature favorites like its Stuffed French Toast, hand-cut home fries, and customizable omelets. Parkland’s menu will also feature a standout item from other locations — Florida Waffles and Pancakes topped with fresh seasonal fruit.
More than just eggs and waffles, Keke’s also offers a full lunch menu of paninis, wraps, and salads, all made with the same commitment to quality ingredients and made-from-scratch preparation.

The new restaurant is owned and operated by John and Kimberly Ehrhard, experienced franchisees with eight Keke’s locations already thriving across the state. Though not Parkland residents themselves, the Ehrhards share with Parkland Talk that they have strong ties to South Florida and are eager to build relationships within the community.
Keke’s Parkland will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., seven days a week.
