
Seniors from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Boys Soccer Team. {MSD Soccer}
Marjory Stoneman Douglas continues its championship run as the boys soccer team captured a District Championship with an overtime win Tuesday night over Coral Glades.
The Eagles put together a dominant regular season, dropping only one game while winning nine. Entering the District Tournament as the top seed, MSD earned a first-round bye before defeating Western High School 6–1 on Friday. In the final, MSD won 2-1over the Jaguars, winning their third straight Title.
This marks the second District Championship of the week for Marjory Stoneman Douglas. The girls soccer team claimed its title Monday night with an overtime victory. Both teams now advance to the Regional Tournament and await their seeding and upcoming opponents.
