During their homecoming game on Friday night, the Marjory Stoneman Douglas football team suffered a defeat against Boyd H. Anderson High School, bringing their record to 0-3.
The Eagles’ lone touchdown was a touchdown pass from Jaxson Anger to Anthony Diaz. The Eagles came into the game having only played two complete games. They were postponed in their game last week against Cooper City High School, and they played less than one quarter on Monday before their game was called.
Next, MSD will play Boca Raton Community High School on Friday, October 27, at 6:30 p.m. The Bobcats are 4-0 this year and have outscored their opponents 127-28. This will be the first matchup after Boca Raton won 40-3 in 2021.
