Marjory Stoneman Douglas football is back with the Eagles dropping their first regular season game 40-7 against Cypress Bay High School on Friday.
The lone touchdown for the MSD came from Alaki Henderson om a pass from Jaxon Anger. The Eagles are coming off a season in which they went 1-9, with their only win against Coral Springs High School. They will be back in action for their second game on Friday, August 29, against Cooper City High School at 7 p.m.
The Cowboys will play Coral Glades in their first game of the 2025 season, following a 2-8 record in the previous season. However, they had one of their wins come against MSD, winning 24-15 on September 30.
