Minor Incidents & Information
August 19 — Teacher Faints at School
A teacher fainted and struck his head on the floor. He was transported to Coral Springs Medical Center by Coral Springs Fire Rescue.
August 19 — School Secure Status
School security observed an unfamiliar individual in a hallway. The subject was identified as a substitute teacher, and the school’s secure status was lifted after verification.
August 20 — Theft of Credit and Debit Cards
A resident reported her mother-in-law’s credit and debit cards stolen between June 5–25, 2025. The cards were used at several locations in Palm Beach. The victim has multiple caregivers.
August 21 — Trespassing on Campus
Two men were instructed to leave a school campus after failing to provide proper contractor credentials.
August 21 — Welfare Check
Deputies conducted a welfare check on a bank customer, who was found to be in good health.
August 22 — Attempted Residential Burglary
A homeowner reported that a subject entered her backyard and attempted to open the rear screen door. The suspect fled when the occupant yelled. The incident was captured on video.
August 22 — Lost Property
A man reported losing his Pakistani passport.
August 22 — Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime)
A man called regarding his ex-wife having a guest at their shared residence. Deputies determined both had legal access to the home, and the matter was civil in nature.
August 22 — Animal Bite
A woman was bitten by a dog and transported to the hospital by Coral Springs Fire Rescue.
August 22 — Trespassing at Parkland Storage
Deputies found unoccupied vehicles at a construction site and located six individuals inside. Four were issued civil citations for trespassing and released on scene.
August 22 — Domestic Disturbance (Non-Crime)
Deputies responded to a disturbance involving an adult male, an adult female, and a juvenile. No crime occurred after investigation.
August 23 — Loud Music Complaint
A neighbor reported loud music from a party. Deputies spoke with the host, who agreed to lower the volume and shut off the music by 11 p.m.
August 24 — Suspicious Person Report
A caller reported seeing two young males walking with a flashlight and bag near a white SUV. Deputies searched but did not find the subjects.
August 24 — Juveniles in Abandoned House
Three juveniles were observed inside an abandoned residence, causing damage. They were stopped on University Drive and identified.
Arrests
No arrests were reported in Parkland during this period.
