The Original Florida Pokers are set to host four baseball clinics starting in September at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
They are offering a youth development series for kids ages seven through nine. The practices will be held on Mondays, starting on September 8 and running through December 2, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas coach Mike Cimilluca will also run a pitching clinic alongside Von Smeltzer on Wednesday from 6:30-8 p.m. Todd Fitz-Gerald will lead an advanced skills series for travel ball players ages 10-13.
The first session is sold out, but will run again in October with the seven-time state champion. They will also be holding both one-day and multiple-day camps when schools are off. Those camps are set for Nov.24-26, Dec. 22-23 and Dec. 29-31. Those interested in registering can visit Originalfloridapokers.com
