The Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Parkland responded to various incidents between April 28 and May 4, 2026.
Incidents
A victim reported being stalked after receiving multiple harassing phone calls and social media messages between April 25 and April 29.
Deputies responded to several domestic disturbance calls throughout the week involving verbal arguments between couples and family members. No arrests or physical violence were reported in the incidents.
A Parkland resident reported her mailbox was knocked down and damaged sometime between April 25 and April 30.
A woman was transported to Northwest Medical Center under the Baker Act after allegedly threatening to kill herself and crash her vehicle on April 30.
Three iPads valued at approximately $3,600 were stolen from an unlocked Isuzu box truck on May 1 while the owner was unloading a clothing donation box.
A Parkland Isles resident reported being stalked after personal information was allegedly posted in Instagram comments on May 1.
A woman was airlifted to North Broward Hospital Trauma Center after being found unconscious near the stairs inside a residence on May 2.
Deputies investigated a suspicious incident on May 2 after receiving a possible domestic disturbance call, but were unable to locate anyone involved.
A woman reported fraudulent charges totaling $247.44 on her EBT card at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Parkland on May 2. Surveillance reportedly showed two men purchasing multiple cases of Spam using the card.
AT&T reported that four marine batteries, valued at $1,600, were stolen from a Parkland cell tower sometime between December 2025 and the end of the year. The theft was discovered recently and may be connected to similar cases across South Florida.
A Parkland resident reported that a mailed check for $745 was intercepted, altered, and cashed for $9,862 through an online auto broker transaction.
