Stephen Engasser is using technology to build his real estate business in Parkland.
Engasser has been a realtor for 23 years. He now works with eXp Realty, and as MrFloridaHomes.com, he showcases homes through YouTube videos that he creates himself.
“Because I am a realtor, I can get into gated communities and make videos of homes that are for sale and the surrounding neighborhoods. I am showing properties that you can’t see on Google Street View because of the gated communities,” said Engasser.
Customers appreciate the opportunity to see the communities and homes where they might live, and Engasser plans to continue creating YouTube videos of every community in Parkland. He uses ChatGPT to assist with narrating the videos and will spend hours making a four-minute video.
A resident of the Parkland Reserve, he is married to Lori, an autistic coach at Eagle Ridge Elementary School. They have two daughters, Maddy, 14, a student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, and Hailey, 20, a student at the University of Central Florida.
Engasser is proud to have served in the U.S. Navy for four years. He was on the USS Saratoga aircraft carrier in the Red Sea during Operation Desert Storm for eight months.
