Toll Brothers has announced a new upscale residential development coming to Parkland.
The upcoming community, Saltgrass at Heron Bay, will feature 52 single-family homes within the Heron Bay master-planned development.
Located at 11773 NW 70th Place, Saltgrass is slated to open for sales in summer 2025. Homes will range from 2,632 to over 4,000 square feet, include 3- or 4-car garages, and sit on oversized lots. Prices are expected to start at $1.6 million.
“Our new Saltgrass at Heron Bay community will offer residents the rare opportunity to build a new construction home within the well-established Heron Bay master-planned community and highly desirable Parkland area,” said Jonathan Carter, Division President of Toll Brothers in Southeast Florida, in a press release.
“With large, open floor plans, unrivaled personalization options through the Toll Brothers Design Studio experience, and extensive updated amenities, this community will set a new standard for luxury living in Parkland.”

Residents will have access to two renovated clubhouses, a resort-style pool, fitness centers, onsite dining, and sport courts. The community is served by the top-rated Broward County Public Schools and is close to beaches, shopping, dining, and commuter routes.
The development effort is part of the city’s plan to develop residential and commercial properties on 65 acres of land Parkland purchased from the North Springs Improvement District in 2022.
