Westglades Middle School Wins 24 Medals in Latest Speech and Debate Competition

Westglades Middle School in Parkland FL.

The Westglades Middle School Speech and Debate team competed in its seventh tournament of the season and shined in its events, earning 24 medals.

Westglades had 59 students overall compete with sixth graders Bianca Thakur, Lucas Yang, Riley Owens, Ayla Harper, Calista Robinson, Hande Kizikli, Patrick Brustur, Sam Acierno, Victoria Frias and Liv Sundquist earning medals.

Melanie Keil, Melinda Guan, Angelique Kramer, Eeshwar Veeramachaneni, Camryn Walker, and Shivanshi Pathak were winners from the seventh grade, while Lily Bradford, Sebastien Bernardin, Emma Yeager, Amalia Kostrykov, Aanya Singh, Ivanshi Gadani, Andrea Win and Riley Tse won as eighth graders.
