Update: He has been safely located.
Authorities on Saturday were searching for a 69-year-old man missing from Parkland.
William Talmage, whose family said he has Alzheimer’s disease, was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday near the 8000 block of Liberty Way, Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit detectives said.
Talmage is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs around 235 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes, according to BSO. He was last seen wearing a tan baseball hat, a light blue shirt, and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call BSO Det. Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268 or the BSO non-emergency number at 954-764- HELP (4357).
