Marjory Stoneman Douglas Cheerleading Team Finishes 3rd at State Championship

The Marjory Stoneman Douglas cheerleading team capped off another incredible season by finishing third in the small non-tumbling division.

Despite not placing at the BCAA Championship, the Eagles finished in second place at Regionals, competing against Dwyer, Forest Hill, Benjamin, Northeast, Avant Grande, Miramar, West Broward, South Broward, Chaminade Madonna, West Boca Raton, Key West, and Coral Springs High School.

The Eagles had seniors Ashlee Amritt, Bianca Barrionuevo, Annie Cappola, Isabella Ceballos, Cayley Clemo, Kiera Haley, Savannah Jean, and Madison Winnick (Manager) compete for a final time while they also feature Sami Stallings, Rylie Brown, Ava Paton, Kenley Reda, Addison Taylor, Kailey Artega, Gabby Savastano, Amanda Stone, Jordan Bretz, Ava Fernandez, Emily Haas, Emmy Thompson, and Makenna Mouttet.
