The Marjory Stoneman Douglas Cheerleading team competed at Regionals on Saturday at Coral Glades in the small non-tumbling division and finished in second place.
The Eagles competed against Dwyer, Forest Hill, Benjamin, Northeast, Avant Grande, Miarmar, West Broward, South Broward, Chaminade Maddona, West Boca Raton, Key West, and Coral Springs High School. The Eagles did not place at Districts but will advance directly to the finals on Feb. 1 in Lakeland.
Despite not placing at the BCAA Championship, the Eagles finished in second place at Regionals, competing against Dwyer, Forest Hill, Benjamin, Northeast, Avant Grande, Miarmar, West Broward, South Broward, Chaminade Maddona, West Boca Raton, Key West, and Coral Springs High School.
