The Marjory Stoneman Douglas cheerleading team honored its seniors during the game against Coral Springs High School on October 17.
Peyton Boothe, a captain, has enjoyed her four years on the team. She participated in a recent summer camp at the University of Central Florida, where the Eagles won many awards.
“I love being a cheerleader and leading school spirit. We care for each other, and we are a family,” said Boothe.
Being a member of the Eagles cheerleaders means being a part of a large and loving family. The football cheerleading team members are leaders in student clubs and spirit activities. Many participate in the successful competitive cheerleading team during the winter.
Other seniors honored include Maci Norkunas, Makenna Moutlet, Addy Levin, and Eva Bogart.
