Orange Ribbons For Jaime’s first annual dance gala fundraiser was a success, raising funds for its PAWS OF LOVE initiative which provides emotional companion pups to those affected by gun violence.
A nonprofit organization formed by Fred and Jennifer Guttenberg supports causes important to their daughter Jaime who was one of the 17 victims murdered in the Parkland school shooting.
The event, held in Boca Raton, and attended by over 200 guests, was a celebration of Jaime Guttenberg’s life and the positive efforts being created in her memory. It included a tribute to the organization’s PAWS OF LOVE partner, Moss Creek Goldendoodles, and presenting partner, the Cheryl Fields Foundation, who was honored with a custom-made PAWS OF LOVE art piece by artist Joseph Gormley.
In addition to these corporate sponsors, the event was made possible thanks to the contributions of numerous in-kind donors, including Potions In Motion Catering & Events, MJ Events & Promotions, The Loft At Congress, and others.
To date, Orange Ribbons For Jaime has provided emotional companion pups to three eligible applicants, and the funds raised from the gala will help support the PAWS OF LOVE program’s expansion to more individuals and families affected by gun violence.

“It warms my heart to see our community help us in our mission to support something that would have been so important to Jaime… she loved animals and helping others, and we couldn’t think of a better way to pay tribute to her,” said Jennifer Guttenberg, Jaime’s mother, and co-founder of Orange Ribbons.
