Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through October 4, 2021.
Battery
NW 77th Ter.
On 10/01/2021, BSO responded about a domestic disturbance between spouses. One of them was arrested for domestic simple battery and transported to the BSO Main Jail.
NW 74th Ter.
On 09/30/2021, deputies spoke with a victim who stated he was spat on by a white male with red hair, approximately 18 years old, driving a red Ford Focus.
Burglary Residence
Kalmar Cir. W.
On 10/02/2021, a victim alleged that between 07/29/2021 and 10/02/2021, an unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain access to his residence by using an unknown tool(s) at the front door lock.
Information
NW 79th Pl.
On 9/27/21, the reporter requested BSO stand by while she did a walk-through of her home, which was damaged by tenants.
Holmberg Rd.
On 09/28/2021, a verbal argument between two students led to other students spreading misinformation about the incident. The information was investigated and found to be nothing more than an argument.
Town Parc Cir S.
On 09/28/2021, an anonymous reporting person saw an online post stating undesirable things about her mom. She thought it should be documented.
Trails End
On 10/02/2021, a male juvenile was injured when he fell off his bicycle at Pine Trails Park, Football Field #8. He went to the hospital for treatment.
NW 84th Ter.
On 09/30/2021, contact was made with a woman about an investment she made in 2019 that she has not received a return on.
Noor Blvd.
On 09/30/2021, a homeowner had a verbal dispute with an employee from Xtreme Landscaping Company. No crime was committed.
Stalking
Town Parc Cir S.
On 09/28/2021, a person was the victim of stalking.
Threat Assessment Report
Holmberg Rd.
On 09/29/2021, a BSO threat assessment report was conducted at an undisclosed school.
Arrests
A person whose name BSO did not release was arrested on charges of Burgl-structure, Unoccupied/unarmed on Holmberg Rd on 09/29/2021.
Lozano, Jeyssa, 36, was arrested on Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol charges on NW 77th Ter on 10/01/2021.
