Parkland is getting into the holiday spirit with a holiday home decorating contest for residents.
Registration is open for the second annual contest held by the city as a way for the community to embrace the holiday spirit.
“The debut of our city-wide holiday home decorating contest was quite a success last year,” said Mayor Rich Walker. “This is a tradition, like many resulting from the pandemic, that will continue to evolve and unite our community with one another.”
Judging will take place this week, with awards in each of three categories: most creative, most lights, and best business. All entrants must be Parkland residents.
Winners will be announced on Friday, December 10, at the Light up the Park event at Pine Trails Park Amphitheater. Enter here.
