Parkland resident and commercial real estate professional Eric Wolf, president of Excel Construction of Florida, was named to the list of 40 Under 40 by South Florida Business Journal.
According to a statement, he’s recognized for being among the best and brightest young professionals in South Florida who have excelled in the business world while giving back to the community.
In 2016 Wolf took the helm as located in Davie, where he has supervised more than 2.5 million sq. ft. of construction projects, driving the company toward significant growth.
“I am really proud to be honored with this recognition and share it with my team, which contributes every day to the growth of our business,” said Wolf. “Together, we have established a strong reputation in our industry with discipline, honesty, and integrity in all we do.”
Wolf also has been recognized by South Florida Business & Wealth and Lifestyle Magazine as a top commercial real estate executive and honored with Connect Media’s CRE Next Generation Award, recognizing young professionals.
A resident of Pine Tree Estates, Wolf, built their home there in June of 2021. He lives with his wife Samantha and children, Madison and Wyatt.
Active in the community, Wolf serves on the NAIOP board of directors as the NAIOP Developing Leaders Committee spokesperson, where the company is a gemstone sponsor. Wolf has participated in the NAIOP CRE Converge national conference as a panelist with other esteemed commercial real estate experts.
He also is a member of the ABC Florida East Coast Chapter and Construction Association of South Florida.
According to a statement, Wolf is a proponent of education, children, and families, leading the Excel team and its subcontractors in a back-to-school supply drive for teachers and students in Title 1 schools in Broward County through Broward Education Foundation and has expanded collecting donations for the Palm Beach Education Foundation.
He initiated membership in The Generals Club of Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County to help develop and implement programs that support and engage young people entering the construction industry.
Excel annually donates toys and gifts to the Miramar Police Department through Miramar Park of Commerce’s annual Polar Express Toy Drive and to Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County to ensure that underserved children can enjoy the magic of the holidays.
During the pandemic, Wolf also donated meals to healthcare workers at Salah Foundation Children’s Hospital.
