Drivers in Parkland should prepare for a temporary road closure later this month as contractors resurface a portion of Nob Hill Road.
A section of Nob Hill Road between Hillsboro Boulevard and MiraLago Drive will be fully closed from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, for milling and resurfacing.
City officials said detours will be in place to help motorists navigate around the work zone during the one-day closure. Additional details about the detour routes are expected to be released closer to the project date.
The closure is part of ongoing roadway improvement projects throughout the city.
Meanwhile, Loxahatchee Road remains closed between North University Drive and Parkside Drive through Sunday, Aug. 9, as crews install curbs for a new median. Local traffic will continue to have access during construction.
An additional section of Loxahatchee Road, east of Northwest 61st Way to State Road 7/U.S. 441, also remains closed and is expected to stay closed through fall 2026 as work continues.
