In Jacob’s Shoes is holding its 13th annual ‘Every Sole Counts’ dinner and auction to benefit less fortunate children.

Held on Thursday, October 26, at the Boca West Country Club, the event promises an evening of cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions, and raffles, all supporting children in need.

This year’s event will be dedicated to honoring individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their community.

A Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Peter Weinstein and Dr. Barbara Weinstein for their remarkable service and dedication to the community.

The Community Leadership Award will be presented to Coral Springs Commissioner Joy Carter in recognition of her tireless efforts to improve the lives of those in her city.

The Excellence in Service Award will be presented to Randi Pollack for her exceptional commitment to helping those in need.

Tickets to the event are $225, with 100% of proceeds directed to In Jacob’s Shoes, a nonprofit organization formed in loving memory of Jacob S. Zweig, who tragically lost his life at the age of 17 but left behind a legacy of inspiration through his volunteer work.

Since its inception in 2009, In Jacob’s Shoes has significantly impacted the South Florida community by providing over 192,000 pairs of shoes and over 10,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to children and families in need.

The organization’s mission is to provide shoes, backpacks, and school supplies to local needy children, believing that the right pair of shoes can change a child’s life.
