MSD Grads Luzardo and Welker Host 5th Annual Baseball Clinic

Marjory Stoneman Douglas graduates and current Major League Baseball players Jesus Luzardo and Colton Welker held their fifth annual baseball clinic on Saturday.

“The 5th annual Jesus Luzardo Colton Welker youth camp was a huge success with over 100 kids and a bunch of pro players out there giving back to the community,” Todd Fitz Gerald said. “It is such a special event, and I’m glad we could put it on together for the community.”

The kids had the opportunity to work with the professionals and the current varsity baseball team on hitting, fielding, pitching, and running the bases.
