Illegal Dumping
The City of Parkland was the victim of a Municipal Ordinance Violation—Illegal Dumping that was reported on 06/26/2024. The complainant stated he exited the front gate to his driveway and immediately noticed that an unknown person(s) illegally dumped a mound of landscape debris on the swale along the easement for the retention of water, which is the City of Parkland’s property.
Harassment
A victim of Harassment was reported on 06/26/2024. The victim reported that her ex-boyfriend has been harassing her through text messages and blocked phone calls.
Indecent Exposure / Lewd Lascivious Act
A victim of Indecent Exposure / Lewd Lascivious Act was reported on 06/28/2024. Investigation into allegations of a subject that was exposing his sexual organs and masturbating has led to his arrest.
Information
Information on NW 63 Way was reported on 06/28/2024. The construction crew cut the power to the residence while digging.
Information was reported on 06/28/2024. The property owner of the empty lot advised that construction work had been done on his property without his permission.
Information was reported on 06/28/2024. The caller was notified that an unknown juvenile male came knocking on her door, said, “I need help,” and then ran away. A few houses south of the location, there was a party with multiple juveniles. No other calls were received from neighbors.
Fire
A victim of on Fire on Holmberg Road was reported on 07/01/2024. The reporter was towing a vehicle behind his RV, which he was driving. While being towed, the vehicle caught fire.
Arrests
Santiago, Jesus, 39, was arrested on a charge of Indecent Exposure – Vulgar Indecent Public Nudity 2nd Subsequent Offense on 06/28/2024.
Gutierrez, Luis Miguel, 53, was arrested on a charge of Warrant – Open Container on 06/30/2024.
