Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through September 21.

Burglary Conveyance

8099 Emerald Ave – Parkland Golf & Country Club
On September 15, a burglary conveyance inside of the community was committed by three juveniles assisted by two adult male subjects. All suspects were taken into custody, with four being charged and one adult being released. The suspect vehicle, a white Toyota, was towed from the scene.

Found Property

12500 block of NW 76th St – Heron Bay
On September 15, a 911 Caller reported he found a bicycle in the area of Heron Bay Blvd and NW 127th Dr.

Information

8690 Pacifica Ln – Cascata
On September 15, a homeowner reported damage to the gate on the east side of his property.

6368 Nw 107th Ter – Parkland Isles
On September 16, Parkland Isles HOA reported that unknown person(s) wrote on the pavement of a residential street “Fuck 12,” and drew a picture of a penis. Both items were removed from the pavement by maintenance. There was no permanent damage.

7071 Nw 71st Mnr – Ternbridge
On September 20, contact was made with the caller who requested for police to standby as she conducted an inspection on her property that had a tenant. The tenant refused the caller’s entry into the residence.

5901 Hillsboro Blvd. – BJ’s Gas
On September 20, a person requested a delayed report of a verbal dispute, where her ex-boyfriend showed up at the gas station she was at demanding she speak to him. She believes the subject followed her from her apartment in Coconut Creek. She had also reported ongoing harassment by the ex-boyfriend to Coconut Creek PD. Recorded video surveillance at the gas station and a witness who works at the gas station verifies both parties involved were on the premises during the time of the incident.

Lost Property

7705 N State Road 7 – Wawa
On September 17, the victim placed his satchel on his vehicle’s hood and drove off from the Wawa convenience store without first securing the bag.

Trespassing

6144 Nw 66th Way
On September 21, the suspect’s boyfriend was arrested and charged with trespassing after warning from the listed address. He was transported to BSO’s main jail without further incident.

Arrests

Cokmann, Hendrick Emmanuel (B M, 27) was arrested on charges of Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol at 8871 Edgewater Pl, Parkland, on 09/20/2020.

Pierre, Tabita (B F, 50) was arrested on charges of Trespassing-fail To Leave Property Upon Order By Owner at 6144 Nw 66th Way, Parkland,
