Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates with residents, this is a summary of crimes and other Parkland incidents through December 11, 2023.
Burglary
A victim of Burglary Conveyance on 12/05/2023. The total estimated loss was $800. Unknown individual(s) gained unauthorized access to a white Ford F150 and stole a black Apple iPad.
A victim of Burglary Conveyance on 12/06/2023. The total estimated loss was $330. A burglary conveyance on a package on the front porch. Both vehicles were left unlocked. One vehicle had items taken from the vehicle: two cameras and sunglasses.
Theft
A victim of Auto Theft on 12/06/2023. The car owner’s father saw the vehicle leaving the driveway and thought it was his son leaving early for work. The vehicle owner then discovered his vehicle was missing. The car was left unlocked with the one key fob for the vehicle left inside.
