Parkland residents Karim and Ashraf Morani Kassim have announced the grand opening of their flagship Auction AutoHouse dealership in South Florida. The dealership offers wholesale pricing and a customer-first approach to car buyers.
Located at 1300 North State Road 7 in Hollywood, the newly launched dealership spans 25,000 square feet on a 1.5-acre lot, strategically positioned along the highly trafficked 441 corridor.
The property features a fully renovated, two-story, 2,284-square-foot building housing nine private offices and a dedicated conference room to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

The Kassims, longtime Parkland residents, have lived in the city since 1993 and currently reside in Watercrest. Deeply connected to the community, they have raised their children here.
This Hollywood location is Auction AutoHouse’s second expansion in South Florida. In January, the dealership opened an office and showroom in Davie at 4651 SW 51st St #804.
