Parkland Crime Update

Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of crimes that occurred in Parkland through March 15.

Property Damage

Miralago Drive/Nob Hill Road
On March 13, a guard gate fell on a school bus. There were no reported injuries.

Theft – Other

10900 block of Oceano Way – Cascata
On March 10, a construction manager arrived on-site and discovered two front doors and one side utility door stolen from a home still under construction. The doors were last seen on March 5.

Schools

5901 Pine Island Road – Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School
On March 13, a Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School ESE student struck a teacher’s assistant in the chest area with an open hand.
