The Marjory Stoneman Douglas football team dropped its second straight game following a 42-0 loss on Thursday night against Spanish River Community High School.
The Eagles allowed 35 points in the first half and, with a running clock, went on to allow one more touchdown in the second half. MSD has now lost two straight games following a two-game winning streak earlier in the season. They are 2-6 and will compete against Coral Springs High School on Friday, October 17, at 6 p.m. The Colts are winless through seven games and lost 33-13 a year ago. Their last victory against the Eagles came in 2014.
