Office Evolution Expands in Coral Springs with More Offices and Meeting Spaces

Office Evolution is expanding its Coral Springs location to meet the needs of modern professionals and small businesses.

Recognizing the shift towards more dynamic work arrangements, the business is enhancing its presence by adding 28 new offices and extending 5,312 square feet to the existing 7,400 square feet space at 3301 North University Drive.

The Coral Springs franchise, owned by Mark Mendel, offers a range of flexible leasing options, from hourly to multi-year commitments, allowing for a custom-fit approach to office space utilization.

With the traditional office lease model becoming less appealing due to its rigid multi-year contracts, Office Evolution’s strategy focuses on adaptability. The company presents a mixture of private offices, team offices, shared workspaces, dedicated desks, and conference rooms, targeting individuals and groups ranging from one to six people.

“Our member companies can choose from single-room offices to multiple office suites, while our meeting spaces are designed to accommodate a range of professional activities,” said Mendel.

He adds these spaces are equipped with conference tables, TV screens, whiteboards, and professional seating, suitable for legal mediations, business collaborations, consultations, and training.
